About Billie’s Bakery…

I have loved baking ever since I was tiny. One of my earliest memories is making little ‘Tom and Jerry’ cupcakes with my mum and grandparents during school holidays. And over time, I discovered I was pretty good at it.

It turns out scientists often make for good bakers – it requires a methodical and delicate approach. I also love to experiment with my baking and get creative!

Above all, I love bringing people together – something a blueberry pie or a strawberry tart does excellently… 

So, now I try to bake as often as I can in my adult life, making both staple ‘Billie’ dishes and experimenting with new and unique recipes.
